PAL Sales & Service (P) Ltd. was established in 2012 and appointed as Authorized Dealers of AMW Motors Ltd for the Doaba belt of Northern Punjab and was quick to achieve almost 40% market share in the Tipper business in the first year itself.
2015 onwards, as 3S dealer for Ashok Leyland (M&HCV), Pal set new benchmarks and achieved market share in excess of 35% consistently winning many accolades for jammu region.
PAL Sales & Service ( PAL Trucking ) inaugurated Bharat Benz dealership for J&K, Ladakh within 2 months of LOI in 2021. Awarded the ‘Expansion King’ for J&K and Ladakh in 2022 for adding 5 outlet’s and also awarded ‘Best CEO for Pan India’.
The Dealerships primary Showroom is Strategically located on NH-1A Highway at Jammu with branch locations at Srinagar, doda, Kathua, Rajouri and Leh.
In line with the Groups objectives, our Young & Energetic Team led by Akshay Nagpal has successfully managed to retain high Market share through the tough years with highest Service penetration with average CSI of more than 80%.

First unveiled in February 2011, BharatBenz celebrated its market launch in September 2012. Within ten years of our market entry, we delivered over 1,40,000+ BharatBenz trucks and buses to our customers, an unprecedented ramp-up in the Indian CV industry.
The BharatBenz brand offers a range of ultra-modern trucks in all weight categories from 10 to 55 tones. In addition to our portfolio of trucks, we also supply school and staff buses. These vehicles are specifically tailored for the Indian market.
BharatBenz trucks and buses are sold and serviced through a pan-Indian network of more than 300 touch points which is continuously expanded further also beyond the tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
The names of the founding fathers of Daimler AG, Gottlieb Daimler and Carl Benz, are inextricably linked with the creation of the automobile which began in 1886 with Daimler’s first motor carriage and Carl Benz’s three-wheeled vehicle. The DNA of BharatBenz dates back to 1896 when Gottlieb Daimler built the world’s first truck!

At the beginning of our venture, we spent time in understanding what the Indian trucking community wanted. The meticulous research captured on road-load data has given us key insights of trucking, right from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Our trucks are being rigorously tested on our state of the art test track which has a super elevation track that enables testing at 3 different speeds. The testing facility also includes a bump track with 40,832 cobblestones laid to precision, articulation and potholes, which together stimulate the toughest conditions that a truck may have to traverse on Indian roads.
